Meet Our Jefferson High School Softball Coaching Staff

Jim Hanson Jr. - Varsity Head Coach

Jim has been coaching fastpitch softball for 25 years at the High School, College and Club levels. Jim own and operates Clutch Hitters outdoor Batting Cages in Bloomington at Dred Scott. He also serves as the president for Clutch Hitters girls Fastpitch Softball Club ages 13-18. Jim also gives year round hitting and fielding instruction. This is his 2nd stint as the Jaguars Head Coach, having coached from 2014-2018. Jim helped guide the Jaguars to their last State Tournament appearance in 2014 finishing 5th.
